Corporate Sponsors and Individuals

The Luminous Endowment for Photographers welcomes corporate as well as individual donors and sponsors.

Listed below are companies and individuals who have made substantial financial contributions to The Endowment, and who have also assisted with the human and technical resources necessary for its creation and continuation.

Those corporations or individuals able to contribute more than $35,000 may create a "named grant" that recognizes their valued contribution.

Please support these organizations with your patronage.

Individuals who have contributed more than $1,000 to The Luminous Endowment for Photographers are recognized below. Anyone making such a donation may choose to have their name listed here, along with their comments, and if they wish the amount of their donation.

We all have differing abilities, financial as well as creative. For those individuals with the ability to donate so generously toward the future of creative photography, we express our most sincere thanks.

Michael Reichmann

To launch The Endowment Michael contributed the entire cost of designing, printing and publishing the book – "Michael Reichmann – a 20 Year Photography Retrospective". This large format, cloth bound, hard-cover book has 400 pages, containing 380 images. It is only available though making a donation to The Endowment. None of these books will be otherwise sold or distributed, and 100% of the net proceeds from donations go toward The Endowment.

It is anticipated that distribution of the 500 signed and numbered limited edition copies, and the first 1,000 copies of the standard edition will generate revenue of more than one half million dollars for The Endowment.

"Michael - hats off for creating such a well-conceived program that will assist quality photographic talent to be revealed and nurtured. I truly appreciate the opportunity to help make it happen. I have no doubt this will be a most fruitful and rewarding new venture for all who get involved, and wish the Endowment great success."

Michael Tapes

"Michael -  My compliments on this great initiative.  It's a privilege to support your effort after you've done so much to further the creative endeavours of others."

Paying it Forward

"In the order of nature we cannot render benefits to those from whom we receive them, or only seldom. But the benefit we receive must be rendered again, line for line,
deed for deed, cent for cent, to somebody."
 Ralph Waldo Emerson (1841)
